Flood along Lagos-Abeokuta Express Way

This happened yesterday during a rainfall along Lagos-Abeokuta Express Way, where buses going to (ilaro, ifo, Abeokuta and so on) parks.    
             

This man fell right in front of me and was unable to come up, until he was assisted by some huge igbo guys.

Help us o, we need drainage our government
